Once the container is delivered, It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the container upon delivery. Once the buyer has signed the Certificate of Delivery (C.O.D), they have accepted the container and the condition of the container as it sits on their property. At this point, it is important to understand all sales are final after that point.
Quboxx guarantees delivery of your shipping container within 7-10 business days, or your container is free. The 7-10 business days starts once the container is paid in full.
Business days meaning Monday through Friday except Holidays.
If the buyer, at any point, does not want their container anymore, Quboxx offers a buyback option where Quboxx will buy back your container up to 50% of the original paid invoice container price, excluding delivery price. Amount TBD by container condition. Quboxx will do this for up to 7 years from the original purchase date. Option does not apply to Rent To Own customers.
* Refrigerated units, including reefers, do not qualify for our Buy Back Guarantee.
Limited warranty coverage.
The limited warranty applies to shipping containers purchased from Quboxx.
The Quboxx warranty will cover any manufacturing defects and or defects due to workmanship.
Quboxx will fix your container or replace your container from defects due to workmanship or manufacturing up to 3 years from purchase date. Including any leaks caused by manufacturing or workmanship defects.
*We do not offer a 3-year warranty on reefer/refrigerated units.
What the Quboxx warranty DOES NOT cover
Quboxx will not be held responsible due to any un-reasonable negligence of buyer’s placement or care of the container.
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the ground is level where the container is going to be placed. If the ground is not level, the container can twist making the doors hard to open and close. It can also keep the container from sealing properly. It is Quboxx’s recommendation that the buyer places the container on level ground.
If the buyer wants the container placed on uneven ground, they are taking full responsibility for any potential damages or harm that may arise from the container’s placement. Quboxx will not be responsible for any damage or cost associated with the container due to any negligence by the customer, such as the above mentioned issue.
Modifications of Container
The Quboxx warranty DOES NOT cover any modifications or “add ons” of the container. If the container is modified, it will null and void the Quboxx warranty
Be 100% Happy with your Quboxx purchase or we’ll take it back no problem.
You may return your container to Quboxx anytime during the contract period for any reason with a 30 day notice with no further obligation. Simply call 1-877-619-9777 or email admin@quboxx.net and request pickup of your container.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as it becomes available.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before delivery, you will be charged a $250 restocking fee. To cancel, you must give 2 days notice prior to delivery date. If you fail to give 2 days notice, you will be charged a $500 restocking fee.
